1. Product Selection and Technical Category

Q: How should I select the appropriate valve type?
A: Proper selection depends on several key factors, including:
  • Medium type: Liquid, gas, steam, slurry, corrosive chemicals, etc.
  • Pressure rating (PN/Class): The operating pressure and maximum pressure of the system.
  • Temperature range: The maximum and minimum temperatures of the medium and environment.
  • Valve function: Shut-off, regulation, check, diversion, etc.
  • Connection method: Flange, butt welding, thread, clamp, etc.
  • Material requirements: Materials for the valve body, valve core, and seal (e.g., WCB, CF8, 316L, PTFE, metal hard seal, etc.).

  • Gate valve: Features low flow resistance, suitable for shut-off scenarios requiring full open or full close, but not for flow regulation. Commonly used in large-diameter water pipes and oil pipelines.
  • Globe valve: Offers excellent regulation performance but has relatively high flow resistance. Suitable for scenarios requiring precise flow regulation or high-pressure shut-off, such as steam systems and high-pressure chemical pipelines.

2. Quality and Standards Category

Q: Which international and domestic standards do your valves comply with?
A: Our products strictly comply with the following mainstream standards to ensure their global compatibility and reliability:
  • Design and manufacturing standards: API 6D, API 600, ASME B16.34, EN, GB, etc.
  • Pressure-temperature ratings: ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, EN 1092, GB, etc.

For the specific standards that a particular product complies with, please refer to its specification sheet.
A: Yes, every valve must undergo rigorous inspection and testing before delivery, mainly including:
  • Shell strength test: Tests the pressure-bearing capacity of the valve body to ensure no structural damage or permanent deformation.
  • Sealing performance test: Tests the sealing of the valve seat and valve stem to ensure no visible leakage.
  • Other tests: Such as high-pressure gas tests, fire tests, etc., if necessary.

3. Price and Delivery Category

Q: What is included in the valve quotation?
A: Our quotation usually includes the following:
  • The valve product itself
  • Standard packaging (wooden cases or pallets)
  • Basic documents (certificate of conformity, instruction manual, packing list)
  • Standard spare parts (e.g., gaskets, bolts)
Note: The quotation usually does not include freight, taxes, or fees for specially requested tests or documents. These items will be listed separately.
A: For standard products, we usually have no strict MOQ restrictions. However, there will be a difference between the unit price (for single units) and the bulk price. For products with special materials or non-standard customization, certain MOQ requirements will apply.
We can provide samples, but corresponding sample fees and freight costs may be charged. After the sample order is confirmed, these fees can be deducted from subsequent bulk orders.

A: For valves of standard models and materials, the delivery time is usually 30-45 days. For non-standard customized valves, valves with special materials, or large-diameter valves, the delivery time will be determined based on specific technical requirements and production schedules. We will provide an accurate production plan after each order is confirmed.

4. After-Sales and Support Category

Q: What is the warranty period for the valves?
A: We provide a warranty period of 12 to 18 months from the date of ex-factory for standard products. During the warranty period, we are responsible for free repair or replacement for damages caused by product design, manufacturing materials, or process quality issues.
A: We offer comprehensive technical support:
  • Pre-sales: Our technical support team assists with product selection and answers technical questions.
  • After-sales: We provide guidance on installation, commissioning, and operation. If an issue occurs, please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible, providing the product model and a description of the issue. Our engineers will offer remote guidance.
  • For complex issues, we can arrange for engineers to provide on-site service (which may incur fees depending on the situation).

A: Yes. For large-scale projects or bulk purchases, we can provide free on-site or online training on installation, operation, and maintenance at the customer’s request. This ensures your team can use and maintain the valves correctly to extend their service life.
